1. How do I contact you?
Call us at (214) 682-1112 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m, Sunday through Saturday.
2. Do you do move-in or move-out cleaning?
We do both move-in and move-out cleaning.
3. What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We can also arrange to be available on Sundays.
4. Do you provide the cleaning products, or do I?
We can accommodate you in whatever way is best for you. If you don’t have the supplies we need, we’ll supply them. If you prefer, we’ll use yours.
5. What cleaning products do you use?
We use non-toxic, earth-friendly products such as Green Works and Mrs. Meyers Clean Day.
6. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. See our Services and Pricing page for seniors over 65 and other discounts.
7. Do you provide services on holidays or weekends?
Yes, Call us at (214) 682-1112, and let’s find a date and time that works for both of us.
8. Do you provide emergency services? Is there a fee?
Yes we do, and there may be a fee, but we’ll let you know ahead of time.
9. What if I have to cancel at the last minute? Is there a fee?
You can cancel at any time at no extra charge.
10. What type of payment do you accept?
At this time we accept only cash or checks. For move-out services, we accept only cash.
